Access and Outreach

Access, Outreach, and Widening Participation are all ways of describing one of the primary endeavours of the Trinity Hall Admissions team; identifying academically able students from all backgrounds, understanding the barriers that might disadvantage their process of applying to the University of Cambridge, and supporting them with resources and skills for overcoming these barriers.
Accordingly, we work with schools, colleges and individuals to provide up-to-date knowledge of the admissions process and to raise aspirations. Particularly we undertake this work with individuals, families or schools with little experience of applications to the Universities of Cambridge and Oxford, or to Higher Education in general.
