Members of Trinity Hall have been recognised in the King’s New Year Honours list. Four alumni have been acknowledged for their contributions to politics, heritage and the military. The New Year Honours List for 2025 recognises the achievements and service of extraordinary people across the UK.
Trevor Cade (2018, International Relations), RAF Group Captain, has been awarded an OBE.
Roger Evans (1966, History) has been awarded an MBE for services to Ecclesiastical Heritage in England and Wales.
David Quarrey (1984, History) CMG has been awarded a KCMG for services to British Foreign Policy and International Security.
Andrew Sweeney (2021, Engineering for Sustainable Development), RAF Squadron Leader, has been awarded an MBE.
Also in 2025, current postgraduate student and RAF member Michael Page received a Chief of the Air Staff Commendation in the RAF New Year Honours.
