1996 undergraduate Dinner

On the Day

7.00pm: Drinks reception

7.30pm: Dinner in the Dining Hall

The Aula bar will be open after dinner

Dress code for the drinks and dinner will be smart (black tie optional)

The cost of the dinner is £70.00 per person, including drinks.

Accommodation

Accommodation will be available for the Saturday night. This will be in –

• single student room on Central Site (£62 Bed & Breakfast)
• double student room on Central Site (£80 Bed & Breakfast)
• single ensuite room at Wychfield (£65 room only | £75 Bed & Breakfast)
• double ensuite room at WYNG Gardens (£110 Bed & Breakfast)

If you wish to stay overnight, please choose your preferred option when booking.

Breakfast for Wychfield and WYNG guests will be served on Central Site.

Additional nights may be available so please contact Liz Pentlow if this would be of interest.

Children under 16 are not able to stay in College rooms (unless they are babes in arms) but family-friendly accommodation can be found on the Visit Cambridge website (telephone them on 0871 226 8006) or the Cambridge Rooms site that includes accommodation at other Colleges.

If you have a University CAMCard you can get discounts on selected accommodation, including the Møller centre at Churchill College. If you don’t already have one, you can apply for a CAMCard online.

Parking

There will be some parking spaces available at our Wychfield site. These cannot be reserved and will be allocated on a first come-first served basis. Alternative parking options will be included with the final information, which will be sent to those coming the week before the event.

Lost List

Check who is on the Lost List for your year (enter 1996 in the matric year box). If you are in touch with anyone listed, please ask them to contact us so we can invite them to the dinner.

Cancellations

We are able to offer full refunds for bookings cancelled before midday on Tuesday 1 April. Requests for late refunds will be considered on an individual basis and refunds will be issued at the discretion of the Alumni & Development Office. We cannot accept responsibility if weather or disruption to travel prevents you from attending. Please email the office or call +44 (0)1223 332567 at the earliest opportunity, if you need to cancel a booking.
